Editorial: LeBreton plan now skating on thin ice
Two years ago, amid much fanfare, the National Capital Commission officially chose a business consortium called RendezVous LeBreton as its preferred partner for negotiating the redevelopment of Ottawa’s most famous empty stretch of land.
