Editorial: Healthy debate would be nice, Ontario

Most Ontarians likely don’t know what a “LHIN” is. So if the government decides to dissolve these regional health care entities – as it apparently wishes to –  should you care? Would you get better access to higher-quality services? Or would things be worse?
