Durst: Opioid crisis is my priority as a candidate in Ottawa-Vanier

Teslin Russell, 18 years old. Sandy Forsyth, 40. Chloe Kotval, 14. These are the names of Ottawans whose lives were recently claimed by the opioid crisis. They and thousands of others were our neighbours, our friends and our children. When I read these names, I think of my own children, growing up in Beacon Hill North, and of the kind of world I want to help build for them, a world in which opioids and the predators who sell them are not a threat to our communities. That isn’t the world we
