Dunstan: Ontario government's tuition changes aren't a poison pill

Many commentators, politicians and student groups have been giving the impression that recently announced reforms to the Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP) are, as NDP MPP Chris Glover put it, “a sugar-coated poison pill” for students in this province. I’m a student at an Ontario university. I can see the sugar-coating in these changes, but I can’t find any poison.
