Driver was drunk and his car was missing a tire, OPP reports

Leeds County OPP officers were pumping gas on Highway 29 north of Brockville late Thursday, when a passing motorist caught their eyes and no doubt their ears, too.
The southbound car had one burned-out headlight, no tail lights and was running on only three proper tires when it was stopped at about 11:10 p.m. The fourth wheel rode on a rim.
That wasn’t the only apparent moving violation.
