Driver hits the side of a building in Kanata

A driver of a car drove into the side of a building in Kanata early Tuesday morning.
Around 7:15 a.m., calls came in to police and fire that the car had hit a building at 474 Hazeldean Road in Kanata. According to Ottawa Fire Services, the building was a Fairstone Financial branch.
Beyond “minor injuries,” the damage seems to be mostly cosmetic, said OFS spokesperson Danielle Cardinal.
