Driver hit with $3,214 fine in fifth drunk-driving arrest

Police with the MRC des Collines in Quebec stopped an allegedly drunk driver on Wednesday at around 3:15 p.m. on Route 307 near Val des Monts.
Police said Thursday this was the fifth drinking driving arrest for the man, 55.
He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and fined $3,214.
His identity was not released.
The man was to appear in a Quebec court to face the charges.
