Driver drunk and missing a tire: OPP

Leeds County OPP officers were pumping gas on Highway 29 north of Brockville late Thursday night when a passing motorist caught their eyes and no doubt ears.
The southbound car had a headlight burned out, no taillights and was running on only three proper tires when stopped at about 11:10 p.m. The fourth wheel rode on a rim.
That wasn’t the only moving violation apparent to them.
