Don't smoke in bed! Firefighters give oxygen to rescued puppy

Firefighters had to give a puppy a shot of oxygen Sunday morning after its owner apparently didn’t butt out after smoking in bed.
Crews were called to douse a flaming mattress on Downpatrick Road in the South Keys area.
No one was hurt but firefighters had a sternly-worded warning for smokers:  “if you smoke, smoke outside. Never smoke in bed. Wherever you smoke, use deep, sturdy ashtrays.”
