Dog that attacked police officers is euthanized

A dog shot when it attacked police officers responding to a report of screams from a south-end home Monday has been surrendered by its male owner and euthanized, the city’s bylaw department said Friday.
Two other dogs not involved in the incident have been returned to the man. A fourth was shot dead.
