Determined March for Life flagbearers back at City Hall

There was no flap this year but the March for Life flag did indeed return to Ottawa City Hall this morning.
Joined by a dozen others, well-known abortion opponent Francis Barrett, 89, was walking up and down Laurier Avenue on the edge of city hall for about an hour, beginning at 7:15 a.m.
