Progressive Conservative leader Doug Ford’s two main opponents have had some fun claiming he has no platform, although he has offered a substantial of mix of tax cuts, new spending and expenditure reductions throughout the campaign.
Wednesday, Ford finally released a document that pulls it all together.
What’s missing is the important page that shows how Ford’s plan will be phased in and how it affects the bottom line. That’s a big omission, and probably not a smart one,
