Deceased Quebec worker still trapped in buried excavator

FARRELLTON, Que. — Rescuers were still working Friday on a plan to safely free the body of a man who died when his high hoe was buried by a landslide at a West Quebec sandpit more than 24 hours earlier.
First responders had mere minutes to confirm that the unidentified man was dead when they were called to the scene near Farrellton on Thursday morning.
