Cyclist seriously hurt when struck by car near uOttawa

A man in his 60s was rushed to hospital on a “trauma code” Friday morning after being struck by a car while riding his bicycle near in the intersection of Waller and Besserer streets.
Paramedics got the call at 9:13 a.m. and found the man conscious but seriously hurt with “massive” injuries to his face, head and chest.
