Crown seeks eight-year sentence, defence asks for time served in kidnapping, assault trial

The fate of an Ottawa woman found guilty in a string of violent robberies and kidnappings now rests with a sentencing judge after two days of hearings concluded Friday with a co-accused sentenced to six months less a day for her role in the 2014 crime spree.
