Council briefs: Tax breaks for redevelopment and money to end backup 'beeps'

Three developers have landed municipal fee breaks thanks to decisions made by city council on Wednesday.TIP Albert GP, the owner of the property at 900 Albert St., will receive an $8.3-million incentive to clean contaminated soil at the site, which is at the junction of the Trillium Line and Confederation Line LRT at Bayview station.
