Coroner's jury to release recommendations in Carleton student's 2016 suicide

A coroner’s jury is expected to release their recommendations Friday following an inquest into the suicide death of Carleton University student Jason Simon.
Simon, a criminology student and army reservist, was 20 years old when he hanged himself on Feb. 15, 2016.
