Cornwall man pulled over with nearly 5 kilos in cannabis concentrate: OPP

When police stopped a “suspicious” vehicle on Highway 417 near Casselman early Tuesday morning, a search revealed more than $4,000 in cash and illegal cannabis products, Russell County OPP says.
Police turned up nearly 5,000 packets that each contained a gram of cannabis concentrate and several containers of cannabis resin in the 12:15 a.m. traffic stop on the eastbound highway.
