Coolant leak causes double-decker to smoke on Hwy. 174

Smoke reported coming from a westbound double-decker OC Transpo bus on Highway 174 near Blair Road Wednesday was caused by a coolant leak, according to the city.
“There was no fire,” said a statement from city hall attributed to director of transit operations Troy Charter.
“The bus will be towed back to a garage for repair.”
Neither fire crews nor paramedics were required at the scene.
