Constance Bay emergency centre winds up as flood cleanup progresses

The City of Ottawa on Tuesday transitioned the on-site operations in Constance Bay to client service centres and 311 as it scales back the flood recovery program.
The emergency community support centre at the Constance Bay Community Centre has seen a significant decline of visitors over the past several days, the city said.
The cleanup and recovery are “progressing very well,” according to the city.
