Commuter alert: LRT emergency training exercise starts at 4 p.m. at Queen/Lyon

The City of Ottawa has announced plans for an elaborate training exercise starting Wednesday afternoon involving police, paramedics and firefighters at the Lyon LRT station.
The city said that Queen Street will be closed between Kent Street and Lyon Street from 4 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Detours will be clearly marked.
The exercise is in preparation for the O-Train’s Confederation Line opening.
