An arbitrator has settled the contract dispute that led to a five-week strike by faculty at Ontario’s 24 colleges.
The 12,000 part-time instructors, full-time faculty, counsellors and librarians will receive a wage increase of 7.75 per cent over four years, according to the ruling released Wednesday by arbitrator William Kaplan.
