Cocaine, pills seized in Carleton Place raid

A 42-year-old Carleton Place man is facing trafficking-related charges after cocaine and prescription pills were seized in a Thursday raid.
The OPP reports that members of its street crimes unit, with the help of the force’s emergency response team, searched a home on Morphy Street and made an arrest.
Joseph Waselnuk is charged with two counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking. He was released on a promise to appear in court in Perth Dec. 17.ALSO IN THE NEWS:
