City prepares for spring flooding with help from a slow snow melt
The City of Ottawa has started its flood watch as temperatures rise and water from the thick layer of snow slowly flows into the waterways.
City hall has a heightened awareness of waterway levels in the spring after communities along the Ottawa River were flooded in 2017.
