City maintains confidence that LRT builder will cough up delay costs

Mayor Jim Watson and city management maintained their confidence Tuesday that municipal taxpayers will be insulated from extra costs racked up during the LRT delay.
Watson and councillors learned the city will miss out on roughly $1.83 million from a planned ridership increase when the Confederation Line was supposed to open around the middle of the year.
