City hall security applauded for fast heart attack response Thursday

Ottawa paramedics are crediting city hall security guards with giving a 50-year-old woman a fighting chance to survive a heart attack after she collapsed this morning.
According to paramedics, the woman was at city hall at around 9:30 a.m. when she suddenly fell in a bathroom on the first floor.
