Citizen/Sun reporters nominated for two CAJ awards

Two Ottawa Citizen and Ottawa Sun reporters have been nominated by the Canadian Association of Journalists for their work in the “scoop” and “daily excellence” categories.
Shaamini Yogaretnam is nominated as a finalist in the “scoop” category — which recognizes stories that shed light on information important to the public — for her story on the alleged harassment and threats between the wife and girlfriend of two former Ottawa Senators players.
An
