Chelsea Handler in Ottawa Oct. 5 for cannabis 'town hall'

A cannabis-oriented brand is bringing American comedian Chelsea Handler, herself a potpreneur, to an Ottawa town hall-style event tackling “political activism, culture and cannabis”.
