Car windows smashed in early morning rampage

Police are investigating after an early morning rampage Sunday that left numerous vehicles with smashed windows in Old Ottawa East.
A handful of cars near Evelyn and Rosemere avenues had windshields and windows smashed.
Ottawa police say they have made arrests and will release more information later today.
