Canadian military and family remember Capt. Timothy Bowman

The Canadian Forces captain who went missing in late August has now been confirmed dead.
The Canadian Forces Military Police issued a plea to the public on Sept. 6 for help in locating Capt. Timothy Bowman. Bowman, 36, was last seen on the evening of August 26, 2017, in Kingston, Ont.
