Canadian Forces recruit school instructor charged with sex assault

The Canadian Forces National Investigation Service charged a master corporal in the Canadian military with sexual assault under the Criminal Code, as well as related offences under the National Defence Act.
The charges were laid Oct. 13.
They relate to an alleged incident in December 2016 at a restaurant in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec, involving an instructor and student from the Canadian Forces Leadership and Recruit School located at the Saint-Jean Garrison, according to th
