Canada’s fighter jet competition – Is Boeing in or out?

Last Friday was the deadline for companies to apply to the Canadian government to be on the supplier’s list for the new program to provide a fleet of fighter jets.
Boeing spokesman Scott Day had earlier noted that  the company would evaluate its participation in Canada’s Future Fighter Capability Project “ after the Government of Canada outlined the FFCP procurement approach, requirements and evaluation criteria.”
