Brush off your car, save $110

An Ottawa traffic officer is posting Twitter photos of cars he pulled over Monday with thick coatings of snow.
One driver brushed off the windshield, but Phil Kane pulled over the driver and wrote a $110 ticket anyway as thick snow from the rest of the car flew everywhere. “It was like driving behind a snowstorm,” he noted.
