Believe it or not, it’s time to harvest grapes … In Carp!

Kin Vineyards is harvesting their various varieties of grapes, (today was Chardonnay), they have growing on 10-acres in Carp along the ridge near the Diefenbunker and 6-acres in Kinburn. Pinot Noir was picked over the last couple of days and is now sitting in large fermentors becoming the wine we love.
