Much confusion has resulted from a recent proposal to amend the Assisted Human Reproduction Act.
Liberal member of Parliament Anthony Housefather decries the fact that, in Canada, it is illegal to pay for surrogacy, arranging the services of a surrogate, eggs and sperm.
