Bail hearing to continue for Kingston teen facing terrorism charges

KINGSTON — Court has scheduled a third day for a bail hearing for a Kingston youth charged in late January with terrorism offences.
The 16-year-old has been held at a youth detention centre since his arraignment on Jan. 25 on initial charges of facilitating a terrorist activity between Dec. 20 and Jan. 22 and with counselling someone during that time period to deliver, place, discharge or detonate an explosive or other lethal device with intent to cause death or serious injury.
