ATV rider, 27, dead in North Dundas crash

Police are continuing to probe the cause of the crash between an ATV and a cube van that killed a 27-year-old South Dundas man. Christopher Merkley was on the ATV heading north on Steen Road in North Dundas Township when he went onto Thompson Road and collided with the eastbound van around 8:16 p.m Tuesday, police said.
