Arson unit investigating overnight fire at Barrhaven townhouse complex

The Ottawa police arson unit is now investigating after a raging fire broke out overnight Monday at a pair of townhouse blocks in Barrhaven that were still under construction.
Damage is estimated at $1 million.
Residents of nearby homes called 911 reporting visible smoke just before 3 a.m. on Mancini Way at Garrity Crescent.
