Arson suspected in Sandy Hill rowhouse fire

Arson is suspected in an early morning fire that heavily damaged a five-door rowhouse at 143 Russell Ave., in Sandy Hill early Friday.
There were no injuries in the fire.
Fire investigators handed management of the case to Ottawa police arson squad after a look around the scene.
