Arrest made in pepper-spray robbery on Bank Street

Thanks to an anonymous tip, police report they’ve collared a suspect in a Bank Street robbery in which a loss prevention officer was pepper-sprayed last month.
Joshua Palmer-Waugh, 27, is charged with robbery, administering a noxious substance, assault with a weapon, carrying a concealed weapon, possession of a weapon, possession of a prohibited weapon, escape lawful custody and breach of recognizance.
He appeared in court Wednesday.
