Antiques: Tiny treasure stands tall with value

Q This totem pole, made by Eli Tait, was hung on our wall in the 1950s. Information is written on its back. Apparently, he sold his small totem poles to tourists on cruise ships in Alaska for 50 cents each. We are wondering what paint he used. The colours are still vibrant.
