Alleged Gatineau arsonist faces 13 new charges

A Gatineau man arrested and charged in connection with a string of garbage bin fires set in a single morning last month is now facing 13 new charges in Hull-area arsons stretching back to last fall.
Police say the investigation continues.
Police confirmed Tuesday that Daniel Jr Morin-Duchesne, 26, is facing a total of 16 charges in connection with multiple incidents at 15 Fournier Blvd. and half a dozen other addresses.
