After 30 years, NAC's ushers get sleek new uniforms

Suzanne Charron has been wearing the same usher’s uniform since she began working at the National Arts Centre in 1992. Apparently 25 years was sufficient time to drain away any fondness she had for her jacket’s purple lapels.
“It’s a colour we couldn’t stand anymore,” said Charron, practically on behalf of the NAC’s 70 ushers.
The good news then for Charron and her peers is that they have received new uniforms, fully in sync with the wave of renovations
