Adam: Mayoral candidate Clive Doucet wants a city council unafraid 'to express itself'

Clive Doucet is not a man for grand gestures, however noble, and he wants you to know that he is in the mayor’s race to win – not just to elevate the debate or shake things up. But over coffee at a Glebe café, Doucet said he’ll quit the race if he doesn’t find broad support across the city, especially in the suburbs. He’s not running just for the sake of it.
“I am running to win and if I sense after two or three weeks that I’m not going to win, I
