Access denied: City won't release document about December collision involving driver from Westboro station crash

The City of Ottawa has refused an access-to-information request by this newspaper seeking a report on a collision that involved the OC Transpo driver who was later involved in the January bus crash at Westboro station.
Driver Aissatou Diallo was in a collision on Dec. 10 in the St. Laurent Transitway station. Paramedics treated several passengers. This newspaper filed a request for the collision report on that event.
