Access denied: City won't make double-decker maintenance and inspection records public

The City of Ottawa has denied a request to make available the inspection and maintenance records for the double-decker involved in the deadly Westboro crash.
This newspaper, through access to information, asked the city for the maintenance history, inspection history and records of complaints by bus drivers about double-decker No. 8155.
