'Absolutely ludicrous': Minto tenants upset at paid visitor parking

A group of angry tenants has filed an application with the Landlord and Tenant Board in an attempt to overturn Minto Group’s decision to charge for visitor parking at many of its Ottawa rental buildings.
Tenants in at least five Minto-operated buildings have received notices during the past two months, announcing that paid parking will be put into effect for visitors.
The notices said that metered parking was being introduced because too many tenants were using the visitors’ spots. P
