A little bit of sun before freezing precipitation drops in

Environment Canada is calling for skies to clear today sometime around noon. Later in the day, though it looks as though it will cloud over, and sometime after midnight precipitation in some form, freezing rain, ice-pellets, rain or snow could begin.
The high today is expected to be 2 C with a wind chill of minus 12 in the morning. Overnight lows are expected to be around minus 3 C with a wind chill bringing that down to around minus 9.
