A Constance Bay Christmas: celebrating the holidays without a home

Seven months after Constance Bay was flooded, some displaced residents will be celebrating the holiday season without a home of their own. While some properties have been torn down; others are still not fully habitable. 
The house Christine Renaud and her family lived in for 16 years was so badly damaged, it was one of two in the community demolished in its entirety. She is heartbroken at the thought of spending Christmas somewhere unfamiliar.
