A chilly Monday ahead but at least it's going to be sunny

This week starts out wintry, throws in some flurries then switches gears with days hovering around zero and then there’s a risk of rain into the weekend.
Monday is mainly sunny with winds of up to 15 km/h. From a morning low of -11 C, the mercury is headed to -7 C then down to -13 overnight.
Tuesday is cloudy with a 40 per cent chance of early morning flurries before flurries begin in earnest late in the morning with a total of 2 cm expected along with winds of up to 15 km/h. The high is -
